Assistant Manage/Deputy Manager - Product Management & Marketing Objective:

To lead and oversee the Product Management and Marketing function by driving the creation of high-impact product documentation, managing the full lifecycle of marketing collateral, and streamlining product support through strategic coordination with vendors and cross-functional departments

Job Responsibilities:

- Strategic Collateral Development: Lead the conceptualization and finalization of technical marketing materials and high-level product presentations.

- Data Systems Management: Design and audit internal databases, Excel trackers, and product portfolios to ensure 100% data integrity for new launches.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between QA, RA, Production, and FRD to ensure technical data and samples align with marketing strategies.

- Vendor & Creative Management: Direct the workflow of designers, printers, and packaging vendors to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of visual aids and brochures.

- Process Improvement: Standardize document formatting and documentation practices to improve the efficiency of internal product discussions and export support.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Strategic Accuracy: Precision and market-readiness of product/marketing documents - 25%

- Brand Excellence: Quality, impact, and innovation in marketing collateral (brochures/presentations) -25%

- System Efficiency: Optimization of internal trackers and digital asset management - 15%

- Stakeholder Management: Leadership in coordinating with internal departments and external agencies -20%

Desired Position Qualification:

- Experience: 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in Product Management within the Pharmaceutical industry.

- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Expert-level Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization).

Desired Education Qualification:

- B. Pharma + MBA with Experience in Export or Domestic Pharmaceutical Marketing and Product Management

- M. Pharma with Experience in Export or Domestic Pharmaceutical Marketing and Product Management
