Designation : Legal Support Specialist

Job Description :

Provide legal and compliance advice and support to the company on a broad range of legal matters including contract drafting and negotiation, intellectual property, ESG, data privacy and protection, employment law, antitrust, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, tax, and technology (IT), to address legal and compliance issues and provide proactive legal and compliance support

Responsible for Contract Management activities in CM Ariba or other corresponding tool, Contract Automation, corporate repositories

Key Responsibilities :

• To participate in the definition and implementation of Legal Support team\ R2R objectives, in line with NBS Lviv OMP strategy.
• Execute PDP plans created in cooperation with the Line Manager.
• Execute accurately and in accordance with Market deadlines the agreed Legal Support Services implementation.
• Participation and / or the leading of Work shadowing / Training sessions / Presentations for a country or entity of Legal Support
