Tech Lead - Full Stack Description :

We are hiring a Tech Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Laravel and Angular. You will lead a development team, architect scalable solutions, and ensure high-quality code delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality web applications.
Architect, design, and develop scalable full-stack solutions using Laravel (PHP) and Angular.
Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and enforce best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI / UX, QA, and Product Management.
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
Manage project timelines, estimations, and deliverables.

Mandatory Skills :

Strong expertise in Laravel (backend) and Angular (frontend).

Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

Experience with Git version control and deployment processes.

Understanding of MVC architecture and modern development workflows.

Good-to-Have Skills :

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).

Familiarity with Docker, CI / CD pipelines.

Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology.

Soft Skills :

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
