Responsibilities

Strategic Planning : Develop and implement the AIOps strategy for cloud operations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations.
Solution Design : Architect and design AIOps solutions that leverage machine learning, data analytics, and automation to optimize cloud operations.
Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of engineers and data scientists in the development and deployment of AIOps solutions.
Implementation : Oversee the implementation of AIOps tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing cloud infrastructure.
Monitoring and Optimization : Continuously monitor the performance of AIOps solutions and make necessary adjustments to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, development, and security, to ensure alignment and integration of AIOps initiatives.
Innovation : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AIOps and cloud technologies, and continuously explore innovative solutions to enhance our operations.
Reporting and Analysis : Generate reports and provide insights on the performance and impact of AIOps solutions, presenting findings to senior management.
Compliance and Security : Ensure that AIOps solutions comply with industry standards and best practices, including security and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications

Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : At least 8 years of experience in IT operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role focused on cloud technologies and AI / ML solutions.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI / ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AIOps tools (Moogsoft, Splunk, Dynatrace).

Leadership Abilities : Proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Project Management : Experience in managing complex projects, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and within budget.

Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of IT operations, cloud computing, and AI / ML technologies, with a keen awareness of industry trends and best practices.
