Job description5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow Lead role. Strong expertise in CSM, HRSd, Integration modules of ServiceNow platform. Proven track record of leading complex projects from initiation to delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and create detailed design documents.
- Develop technical roadmaps for IT service management (ITSM) implementation using ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ITIL v3 / 4 framework.
