Architectural Draughtsman

Experience Required : Minimum 10-15 years (preferably in Real Estate / Construction Industry)

Job Summary :

The Architectural Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings based on design concepts and instructions from architects or engineers. The role requires a deep understanding of architectural standards, building codes, and coordination with structural, MEP, and site teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentation drawings, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, and details as per project requirements.
• Coordinate and incorporate inputs from structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
• Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Maintain version control of drawings and manage revisions based on client or consultant feedback.
• Assist in preparing municipal submission drawings and as-built drawings.
• Work closely with site engineers to resolve design discrepancies or practical execution challenges.
• Support architects in conceptual drawings, design development, and working documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate drawings as per project schedules.

Skills & Competencies :

Qualification :

Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Reporting To :

Senior Architect / Project Architect / Project Manager
