We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Executive / Sr. Executive to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers while identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve defined targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and manage quotations, commercial negotiations, and order finalization.
- Coordinate with internal departments (SCM, Production, Quality, Technical, etc.) to ensure smooth order execution and dispatches.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, track order status, and follow up on collections.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback with a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate sales data in SAP and generate required reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to support strategic decisions.
Educational Qualification :
MBA / Post-Graduate Degree in Business Management / B.Pharm from a recognized institution.Experience :
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably within the Pharmaceutical or Pharma Packaging industry.Skills & Competencies :
