Job Profile :

Collection from Customers

Follow-up with the customers, to collect all dues

Liaise with the hotel teams to resolve issues and disputes raised by the customers in invoices

Ensure that all dues are collected from customers in line with the targets

Coordinating with the Hotel and Customers to reconcile the customer accounts and obtain balance confirmations on annual basis

Periodic review of outstanding ledger and monitor incoming payment

Responsible for compiling all group billing

Focus on minimizing the AR outsnaidng balance

Ensuring timely and correct accounting for collection and timely patching and clearing of receipts

Candidate Profile

Good command over spoken and written English; able to communicate effectively with members and members' offices

Minimum 2-3 years in the accounts receivables department of a hotel
