Job Summary : The VP will be responsible for driving business growth by deepening client relationships and expanding AUM through strategic referrals and service enhancement. They will oversee investment research, aligning internal views with market insights to deliver tailored advice. Additionally, the role involves leading and mentoring a team to ensure high-quality client service and operational excellence.

Who Should Apply : Master's degree in Business Administration (Finance, or related field, CFA Professionals, Strategy Consultants are preferred and should have 3 years of relevant experience with CFP pursuing or NISM Investment Advisory-A & B tests.

Responsibility 1 : Business Growth :

• Develop and implement referrals from clients.
• Expand service offerings and increase AUM from existing clients.
• Build trust and credibility through effective communication.

Salary Range : 15-18 LPA
