Sap delivery lead / manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end delivery of SAP projects and ensure successful implementation across multiple modules and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have deep SAP functional / technical expertise, proven project delivery leadership, and the ability to manage global teams in a hybrid or agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the delivery of SAP projects (implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support) ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
• Drive project governance, delivery strategy, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams across SAP modules (FI / CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, Success Factors, BTP, etc.).
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client and internal leadership for delivery and escalation management.
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate / Agile delivery methodologies and internal best practices.
• Coordinate with PMO and cross-functional leads for project documentation, reporting, and compliance.
• Support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and solution design discussions when required.
• Foster a high-performing delivery culture, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
