Job Title : Civil Engineer

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Employment Type : Full-time | On-site

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our project team in Hyderabad. The role involves planning, designing, and overseeing construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong technical expertise, site management experience, and a proactive approach to solving engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and modify project designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Supervise and manage construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control at every stage of the project.
  • Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs and prepare project budgets.
  • Manage project timelines, monitor progress, and report updates to the project manager.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 2–6 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site management practices.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar design and planning tools.
  • Good understanding of structural drawings, estimation, and billing.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

    • Preferred / Good-to-Have

  • Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards.
  • Knowledge of quantity surveying and tender documentation.
