Role : VP / AVP Corporate Advisory

Location : Hyderabad & Kolkatta

Key Responsibilities :

Origination & execution of mandates in Debt Syndication, M&A, Private Equity, and Debt Resolution
Drive Business Development and build strong client relationships
Prepare Information Memorandums (IMs) and pitch decks
Build and analyse complex Financial Models
Conduct project appraisals, due diligence, and support deal closures
Collaborate with Banks, FIs, Corporates, and PE / VC Funds

Ideal Candidate Profile :

CA / Semi-Qualified CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute

For AVP role 8+ years experience and for VP role 12+ years experience of relevant experience in Project Finance / Investment Banking / Corporate Advisory

Proven track record in deal origination, financial structuring & stressed asset resolution

Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills

Compensation : Attractive and commensurate with experience
