Key Responsibilities :
Product Management
- Developing New Products, schemes, incentive structure and modification in existing products in the gold loan segment
- Approval, Rollout & Training of new product and schemes to all stakeholders.
- Portfolio management and managing product features.
- Managing product and process strategy for gold loan– also help imagine products with different models for acquisition (e.g. product offerings through various channel tie-ups)
- Monitoring performance and profitability of schemes and products.
- Conceptualization and executing marketing activities for increasing direct business.
- Liaising with stakeholders across different teams (policy, operations, risk, compliance, marketing etc.) for the product team.
Process, Policy Management
Work along with other stakeholders to create & streamline the process with a Digital First approachWork along with Policy & Credit teams to bring about changes in policy as requiredSales Support & Channel Development
Developing new business channels, including alternate and DigitalDesigning & implementing campaigns, sales contests and programs to grow businessSupporting the sales teams in their various requirementsMeeting key stakeholders like Channel Partners, Online Aggregators to get their feedbackPerformance Management

Graduate from any stream, MBA would be preferred6-10 years of relevant experience in gold loan industry3+ years of experience on product management
