Job Title : Cards Pre-Sales Manager
Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Cards Pre-Sales Manager to lead our pre-sales efforts in the cards domain (credit, debit, and prepaid). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit card product, and operations, a proven track record in pre-sales and excellent communication skills. This role involves working
closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and
presentations that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Pre-Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement effective pre-sales strategies to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.
Proposal Development : Lead the creation of high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
Client Engagement : Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and presentation skills.
Product Knowledge : Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide insightful solutions to clients.
Collaboration : Work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and
successful project execution.
Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the cards
(credit, debit, and prepaid) industry.
Requirements :
Education : Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in a relevant field.
Experience : At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with hands-on experience in credit card product, and operations, or related functions.
Functional Background : Strong functional background in cards operations, including card issuance, financial management (delinquency, interest, fees, etc.), transaction processing, and customer service.
Pre-Sales Experience : Proven experience in pre-sales roles, preferably in the financial services or
technology sector.
Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and team management skills to guide cross-functional teams.
Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to
develop effective sales strategies.
Technical Skills : Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications :
Certifications : Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or financial services are advantageous.
Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the credit card industry, including regulatory
requirements and emerging trends.
Innovation : Ability to innovate and suggest new solutions or products that meet evolving customer needs.
