About Position :

We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to design and build intelligent systems using state-of-the-art generative models. You will work on developing applications powered by large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and other generative techniques to solve real-world problems across domains like content generation, automation, and personalization.

What You'll Do :

Design, develop, and implement AI-based automation tools for SRE Incident Management.

Good experience working with OpenAI or other LLM models with understanding of prompting, tool calling, etc.

Utilize LLMs to analyze logs and events for generating insights and automating processes.

Work with data parsing, chunking, and embedding to enhance the understanding and applicability of data.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies, particularly relating to LLMs and agentic AI.

Develop core logic, APIs, and use cases using Python.

Leverage frameworks such as Langchain, Crewai, or other agentic AI frameworks for developing AI applications.

Provide support and guidance to junior developers within the team.

Expertise You'll Bring :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field

4+ years of experience in machine learning or AI development

Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative models (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI APIs)

Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)

Understanding of NLP, deep learning, and transformer architectures

Experience with data preprocessing, model evaluation, and prompt optimization

Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development tools
