Position Overview

The Regional People & Culture Coordinator supports People & Culture operations across India and South Africa, ensuring an exceptional employee experience from onboarding through exit. This role partners closely with +Regional HR leaders and the Global People & Culture team to manage onboarding and offboarding, handle employee inquiries, coordinate engagement activities, and maintain accurate HR data and compliance.

Work Location - Frontline Office - Porvorim, Goa

Work Schedule - Monday - Friday 5 : 30PM - 2 : 30AM IST

What You’ll Do

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Coordinate pre-hire documentation, background checks, and system access setup for new hires.
• Facilitate Day 1 orientation and ensure smooth integration of employees into the organization.
• Maintain regional onboarding checklists and orientation materials.
• Coordinate offboarding logistics including exit documentation, clearance, and scheduling of exit interviews.
• Track and summarize exit feedback for review by regional HR leaders.
