About The Role

Are you excited about shaping the future of AI-driven legal solutions? We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to help build next-generation platforms that power agentic AI models for the legal industry. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI, scalable infrastructure, and legal innovation, building intelligent systems that streamline workflows, enhance legal research, and automate complex decision-making. It's a great opportunity to build enterprise-grade resilient platforms and services that are backed by cutting edge generative ai based solutions for some of the big Fortune 500 companies.

Minimum qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience with software development.

5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.

4 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications :

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.

5 years of experience working in a complex products and high-calibre team.

Experience in Platform Engineering.

Experience in fast moving organisations with reasonable scale.

Responsibilities

Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals. Align strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams.

Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role and aligned to the broader organization's goals.

Develop the long-term technical goal and roadmap within, and often beyond, the scope of your teams. Evolve the roadmap to meet anticipated future requirements and infrastructure needs.

Oversee systems designs within the scope of the broader area, and review product or system development code to solve ambiguous problems.

Lead the charge in building scalable solutions. Define the technical future and organizational structure for their teams. Drive both the technical goal of complex distributed systems and the career growth of high-performing engineers.
