This is not a consulting role — it’s a strategic partnership to help us accelerate our 10× journey.

Open Mentor Roles

1-Sales & Marketing Mentor

Design and operationalize a high-velocity global GTM engine , strengthen brand positioning, and convert digital visibility (especially LinkedIn) into a predictable, high-quality client pipeline.

2-Growth Strategy Mentor

Define and execute our 10× growth roadmap — identify levers, shape business models, optimize pricing, and build strategic alliances that fuel our India–GCC expansion.

3-Process & Systems Mentor

Build scalable systems, dashboards, and governance frameworks to deliver WOW-quality and NOW-speed consistently across regions.

Must-Have Criteria

Has learned through real failures and struggles

Must be better than our founder and current experts

Must be passionate about helping entrepreneurs grow

Must have the courage to speak the truth — always

Ideal Profile

20+ years in B2B, consulting, or professional services

Proven record of scaling or internationalizing organizations

Strategic yet hands-on leaders with execution excellence

Collaborative mentors who coach, challenge, and elevate

Familiarity with India–GCC ecosystems is a strong plus

Engagement Details

Duration : 12 months (extendable)

Mode : Remote / Hybrid (India or GCC preferred)

Commitment : 4–6 hours / month (strategic, outcome-driven)

Structure : Retainer + Performance-linked bonus
