Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Manager - Design for both Ceramic & Polymeric Insulators at Winwin Speciality Insulators Limited in Atchuthapuram.

Role : Responsible for creation of technical and engineering drawings using Computer-Aided Design & Manufacturing (CAD / CAM) software & engineers to support the manufacturing process. Must be hands-on and willing to step in to ensure and enable crucial deadline.

Reporting to : GM-DETI.

Qualifications

Proficency in Ceramic / Polymeric Insulator Design.

Technical Drawing, Engineering Drawings, and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills

Experience in creating & verifying detailed CAD / CAM drawings

Proficiency in interpreting and creating engineering drawings

Knowledge of CAD software tools and applications

Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and design teams

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Experience in the manufacturing industry.

Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field
