About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to head the Sales function for our Mahindra passenger vehicle dealerships. The VP – Sales will spearhead business growth, drive retail excellence, build high-performance teams, and ensure exceptional customer experience across our network.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Own the retail sales P&L and volume delivery across locations
- Create & execute aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
- Monitor and improve conversion ratios, channel performance, and pipeline management
Team Development
Lead and inspire a high-performance sales force (Sales, TLs, CRM, Digital, Corporate Sales)Recruit, train, mentor & retain top talentBuild a culture of accountability, performance, and winning mindsetCustomer & Brand Excellence
Ensure elevated customer experience in line with Mahindra dealership standardsMaintain top-tier Google / CSI / SSI scoresDrive process excellence, showroom discipline, and customer lifecycle managementBusiness Growth
Develop corporate, fleet & institutional businessStrengthen digital and new-age lead channelsBuild strong industry relationships & participate in local market initiativesStakeholder Management
Work closely with OEM teams, finance partners, and internal department headsEnsure seamless coordination with After-Sales, Finance, and MarketingRequirements
12–20 years of experience in automobile sales leadership (PV preferred)Proven track record of delivering high volumes & superior customer experienceStrong business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and people leadership skillsExperience in multi-location dealership operations will be an advantageMBA preferred, but not mandatory for exceptional candidatesWhat We Offer
