In addition, we have clinics in Defence Colony (South Delhi), Cybercity & Subhash Chowk (Gurgaon), and at the Delhi Airport. Medanta is constantly growing and has also ventured in Retail vertical through Diagnostics (Laboratory Services) and Pharmacies. We also have also launched homecare services. Role Overview

The Head – Compensation & Benefits will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation strategies, policies, and programs that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance. The role will partner closely with senior leadership, HR, and finance teams to ensure cost optimization, compliance, and fairness across all employee levels.

• Develop and implement salary structures, pay ranges, and benchmarking frameworks aligned with market practices and internal equity.
• Design and manage short-term and long-term incentive programs , including variable pay and performance-linked bonuses.
