As a highly motivated technical support specialist you will resolve complex technical issues troubleshoot and lead incident resolution efforts for customer incidents. You will manage and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure components provide advanced support for enterprise productivity services diagnosing and resolving service-related issues in customer tenants.
Key responsibilities include ensuring structured and efficient handling of support requests changes documenting all troubleshooting steps root cause analysis findings and resolutions for future reference and team knowledge sharing participating in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for critical incidents as needed.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a technical support role focused on cloud-based services with strong expertise in cloud infrastructure including hands-on experience with virtual machines storage networks vpn and expressroute proven experience creating escalating and managing support cases to drive complex issues to resolution.
Fixed night shifts are required for this role.
