Job descriptionHandle GST filings, reconciliations, and timely tax compliance. Manage direct and indirect tax matters, including TDS, Income Tax, and audits. Stay updated with tax laws and regulatory changes to ensure business compliance. Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (ROC, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc. Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory audits and financial reviews. Prepare audit reports, financial documentation, and respond to auditor queries. Prepare and finalize financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing with accuracy and compliance. Provide financial insights and support management in decision-making.
