Job description

Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our innovative team. As a Machine Learning Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms that drive our products and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers and product managers, to create scalable and efficient machine learning solutions.

Educational Qualification(s) :

  • BE / ME / B.Tech / M.Tech (CS / IT) / MCA or equivalent.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Model Development : Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Data Preparation : Preprocess and analyze large datasets, ensuring data quality, consistency, and relevancy for training models.
  • Feature Engineering : Develop and select features for machine learning models that improve model accuracy and performance.
  • Model Evaluation : Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and refine models based on performance outcomes.
  • Deployment : Collaborate with software engineers to deploy models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Research & Innovation : Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and data science to implement cutting-edge techniques and tools.
  • Collaboration : Work with data scientists, software developers, and product teams to integrate machine learning capabilities into various products and services.
  • Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for models, algorithms, and processes.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, data science, or a related role.
  • Strong experience in handling large datasets and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models, including regression, classification, clustering and deep learning techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skillset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment of ML models.
