Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade solutions for our ECM (Enterprise Content Management) Platform, primarily using Nuxeo and UiPath technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development expertise, UI integration skills, and hands-on experience in automation and workflow orchestration within an ECM environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for ECM platforms, primarily leveraging Nuxeo architecture and frameworks.
• Implement UI components and integrations using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) tailored for Nuxeo applications.
• Develop and automate business workflows using UiPath to streamline document and content management processes.
• Integrate ECM systems with external applications via REST APIs, SOAP services, and message queues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, UI / UX designers, and DevOps engineers) to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability while ensuring compliance with organizational and security standards.
• Conduct code reviews, write automated tests, and implement CI / CD best practices.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers within the ECM development team.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack (backend, integration, UI, and automation layers).
