HR Systems and Culture Manager

This role is perfect for someone who understands the importance of accountability, systems, and culture. You will be instrumental in implementing HR systems, building leadership pipelines, and nurturing a culture of ownership and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement HR policies that promote discipline, fairness, and accountability
• Set up and manage Performance Management Systems (PMS) using Zoho People & Projects
• Drive adoption of Zoho HR tools across the organization
• Collaborate with recruiters and agencies to attract top talent aligned with our mission
• Build second-line leadership to reduce dependency on HODs through succession planning
• Promote and embed core values of ownership, collaboration, and customer-centricity
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and documentation
