Blue Spire is excited to announce a new opportunity with a leading Banking Client at their Global Capability Center in Hyderabad. We are hiring a highly capable and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager to support and drive GenAI-led initiatives across the organization.
This position is ideal for professionals experienced in managing technical programs, coordinating proof-of-concept projects, overseeing technical debt, and accelerating GenAI adoption across cross-functional teams.
Role Overview
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will be responsible for overseeing the technical program roadmap, managing technical debt backlog, coordinating onboarding and training programs, and ensuring seamless execution of GenAI initiatives. The TPM will act as a strategic partner to engineering, product, data, business, and leadership teams, driving structured execution and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Backlog & Technical Program Management
- Groom, refine, and prioritize the backlog of technical debt and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives.
- Ensure backlog items are aligned with GenAI capabilities , strategic priorities, and team capacity.
- Partner with engineering, product, and data teams to validate requirements, define scope, and support sprint planning.
Onboarding & Training Coordination
Coordinate onboarding for new team members—ensuring access setup, workflow alignment, and seamless integration.Design and manage training schedules and enablement programs focused on GenAI concepts and tooling.Assign and track project responsibilities to optimize team utilization and performance.Execution Tracking & Adoption Reporting
Track program progress across phases, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.Report GenAI adoption metrics , KPIs, usage trends, and program outcomes to senior leadership.Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers while proactively driving mitigation strategies.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication
Manage and coordinate dependencies across engineering, product, data science, business, security, and compliance teams.Facilitate clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, ensuring visibility into project status, challenges, and decisions.Lead governance meetings, program reviews, documentation updates, and roadmap sessions.Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager , Program Lead, or similar role in a technology-led environment.Strong exposure to GenAI, AI / ML, cloud platforms , or enterprise data environments.Experience working with technical backlogs, PoCs, and agile delivery teams.Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting updates to leadership.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional, and evolving environments.
