Role Description

This is a full-time Architectural designer role located in Gurugram. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, coordinating with client and civil teams, and ensuring sustainable and innovative designing in line with client expectations. Daily tasks include the preparation of design concepts, presentation plans, drawings, client meetings and updations. Collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with local regulations will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Designing
• Bachelor's in Architecture
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
• 1-2 yrs of experience in good firm based in Delhi or Gurugram
