Looking for a proactive and experienced IT Support & Systems Coordinator to join one of our clients in New Delhi. This pivotal role will report directly to the Managing Director and will oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of ERP, CRM, and in-house IT systems.
Location : New Delhi
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily configuration, administration, and optimization of ERP and CRM platforms, as well as in-house IT systems
- Administer and troubleshoot corporate email (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace / Exchange), including setup and optimization across the organization
- Monitor and manage network connectivity, implement security best practices, and ensure devices and systems run efficiently
- Provide first-line IT support for employees, resolve technical queries, coordinate with vendors, and manage support tickets
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation and knowledge resources for end users
- Automate workflows using tools like Excel, Word, Zapier, and Power Automate, and implement opportunities to streamline repetitive processes
- Collaborate with external vendors for upgrades, integrations, and feature requests, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
- Monitor system and network performance, identify inefficiencies, and proactively implement process improvements
Technical Expertise :
Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems administrationAdvanced proficiency in email management (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), network configuration, and IT securityFamiliar with frontend knowledge like React, JavaScript / TypeScript, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSSFamiliar with Backend knowledge like Node.js, Express.js or Python, Django / FlaskDatabase skills : PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDBFamiliarity with DevOps and Cloud service providers like AWS / Azure / Google Cloud PlatformFamiliarity with workflow automation and ITSM / ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow) is a plusKnowledge of SaaS integrations, REST / GraphQL APIs, and IT security best practicesRequirements :
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or similar discipline (Master’s preferred)3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or full-stack software developmentStrong problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skillsProven ability to coordinate across teams, vendors, and external partnersExcellent documentation, organizational, and training abilities
