Insight Global is seeking a Lead .NET Developer to join our team in Gurugram, India.

This role involves building and overseeing a team of 6 (developers + QA) to support a large-scale platform for Financial Crimes. The ideal candidate will work closely with product partners to understand requirements, translate user stories into clear tasks, and guide the team toward successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers and QA professionals.
  • Work closely with product partners to refine requirements and provide clarity.
  • Delegate user stories and contribute hands-on development efforts.
  • Focus on adding new, regulatory-driven features to an existing platform.
  • Ensure proper test environments and own end-to-end delivery from design to deployment.
  • Interface with product partners to align expectations and deliverables.
  • Participate in coding assignments, testing, documentation, and delivery.
  • Contribute to eliminating technical debt where possible.
  • Actively engage in meetings and agile ceremonies, providing insights and solutions.

Required Skillset :

  • Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET (Core & Framework) including ASP.NET Core.
  • Strong experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and relational database design.
  • Experience working with both relational (SQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
  • Hands-on expertise in RESTful APIs and Microservice Architecture.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Blazor.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with CI / CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, or Octopus Deploy.
  • Proficiency in unit and integration testing (e.g., NUnit, Playwright).
  • Proven experience in leading teams and mentoring junior engineers.
