Job description

As a Campus Growth Partner , you’ll represent Atives in your assigned city and work to promote and onboard students across different colleges, universities, and creative institutes.

You’ll conduct workshops, online sessions, and presentations — inspiring students to join the Atives platform and become part of India’s largest creative community.

Location : Across India (Top Cities : Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai)

Mode : Hybrid / Remote

Type : Contract

Joining : Immediate

Pay :  Fixed ₹20k-40k / month + Incentives + Cash Bonus

This mission is driven by passionate individuals like you — the Campus Growth Partners — who will take Atives’ vision directly to institutes, colleges, and creative communities across the country.

Your Responsibilities :

Research : Identify and shortlist creative, design, art, and media colleges, institutes, and student clubs in your city.

Outreach : Contact faculty, student coordinators, and club heads to initiate partnerships or session opportunities.

Organize Workshops / Sessions : Plan and conduct offline and online sessions to introduce Atives to students.

Present & Educate : Deliver engaging presentations or demos to explain Atives’ benefits, opportunities, and community.

Onboard Students : Guide students through the registration and activation process on Atives.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with institutes, clubs, and campus representatives.

Build & Manage Team : Recruit, coordinate, and mentor a small team of student representatives or interns in your city to scale campus outreach.

Achieve Targets : Meet weekly and monthly onboarding targets consistently.

Reporting : Share regular progress updates, leads, and event feedback with the central team.

Perks & Benefits :

Compensation & Incentives :

Fixed Pay : ₹20k-40k / month

Commission : ₹100-150 per paid student activation (TBD)

Performance Targets : Monthly : 500-2000 students (TBD)

Weekly : Minimum 150 students (TBD)

Partnership may be paused or terminated if weekly performance consistently falls below 100 students.

Probation : First 14 days (no pay or commission during this period).

Commissions and incentives activate after successful completion of the probation period.

Work anytime, from anywhere — no fixed hours or days.

Focus on results — hit your weekly targets and maintain consistency.

Complete flexibility for off days and planning your own outreach schedule.

Super Incentive Structure (Milestone-Based Rewards)

To celebrate top-performing Growth Partners, Atives offers additional cash bonuses based on monthly performance milestones :

Silver Performer

Success : 50%

Bonus : ₹5,000

Earnings : ₹75,000 – ₹85,000

Gold Performer

Success : 70%

Bonus : ₹6,000

Earnings : ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,10,000

Platinum Performer

Success : 100%

Bonus : ₹12,000

Earnings : ₹1,30,000 – ₹1,50,000

Diamond Performer

Success : 150%

Bonus : ₹25,000

Earnings : ₹2,00,000 – ₹2,25,000

Titan Performer

Success : 200%

Bonus : ₹40,000

Earnings :  ₹2,50,000 – ₹2,75,000+

Ulimate Performer

Success : 200%

Bonus : ₹5,000 (addition 10% success)

Earnings : ₹2,50,000 – ₹2,75,000+

⚙️ Incentive Rules :

Incentives are calculated monthly , after performance verification.

Bonuses are credited with next pay  post validation.

Performance below 50% target is not eligible for bonuses.

Partners achieving 150%+ consistently may be promoted to Regional or National Growth Partner with leadership responsibilities.
