About the Role :

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and develop high-performance, resilient, and scalable backend systems for financial, credit, collections, and document platforms. You will collaborate with global teams to deliver business-critical microservices and APIs that power AI-enabled digital experiences. This is a high-impact role with clear growth opportunities toward technical leadership.

What You’ll Do :

• Design and implement Java / Spring Boot-based microservices and scalable REST / gRPC APIs
• Own end-to-end delivery of backend features—from design through deployment and post-release support
• Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver platform capabilities
• Develop backend components for system orchestration, integrations, and data pipelines
• Contribute to system performance tuning, observability, and backend resilience
• Analyze and resolve issues in production using tools like Splunk and Grafana
• Improve development workflows and address tech debt and performance bottlenecks
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and system design discussions
• Write documentation for services, APIs, and deployment considerations
• Stay current with backend engineering trends and propose improvements to the technology stack
