Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee - Operation in Karnataka, India. The Management Trainee will learn and contribute to the day-to-day operations in the processing and production of frozen fruits and vegetables. Responsibilities will include monitoring production processes, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance with safety and hygiene protocols. The role also involves identifying areas for process improvement and supporting the operations team in implementing best practices.

Qualifications

Eligible to apply : Fresher specially 2024 & 2025 passed out candidate, other profile not applicable.

Operational knowledge and understanding of food production, processing, or supply chain

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration abilities

Familiarity with quality control, safety standards, and compliance procedures

Master / Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Operations Management, or related field

Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools

Self-motivated, adaptable, and keen to learn

Salary

4-5 Lakh per annum (performance bonus extra)
