Hire Digital is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Livestreaming Specialist (Freelance, Remote) to support an upcoming corporate webinar project for a leading pharmaceutical client. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end livestream execution, including technical setup, pre-recordings, interpreter coordination, and live event operations.
The ideal candidate has proven experience hosting professional webinars using Zoom Webinar, possesses strong communication and organizational skills, and can ensure a seamless, branded, and high-quality viewing experience for global audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and manage all Zoom webinar sessions, including pre-recordings, dry runs, tech checks, and live events
- Conduct technical checks with speakers, moderators, and interpreters to ensure optimal camera, sound, and screen-sharing quality
- Manage pre-recording sessions for speakers and ensure consistency in framing, background, and presentation flow
- Coordinate and run moderator rehearsals and interpreter tests, verifying that language channels and sound are properly configured
- Oversee live webinar operations, including transitions between pre-recorded and live segments, screen sharing, and Q&A facilitation
- Display and manage branded elements (holding slides, banners, logos) in line with Roche's corporate identity
- Monitor chat, audience Q&A, and coordinate with the client's internal team to cue questions and announcements
- Ensure professional communication with all participants and provide real-time troubleshooting support during the event
- Record and deliver final webinar outputs (English and Vietnamese versions) and share post-event assets with the internal team
- Prepare a short post-event summary outlining technical performance and improvement recommendations
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in livestream or webinar production, ideally for corporate or MNC clientsProven expertise using Zoom Webinar (setup, panelist management, practice / live modes, interpreter channels, and recording)Strong technical and troubleshooting skills under live conditionsExcellent communication, organization, and client-facing professionalismAbility to coordinate multiple stakeholders (speakers, interpreters, and moderators) smoothly and confidentlyReliable equipment setup, including stable high-speed internet, webcam, and quality microphoneFamiliarity with creative assets such as holding slides, banners, and branded overlays preferredSkills Required
