- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field3-5 years of proven experience in sales management or a similar roleDemonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales teamExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsProficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and data analysisSelf-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independentlyStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-focused mindset with a talent for building and maintaining client relationshipsWillingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and team collaborationsAdaptability to changing market conditions and emerging sales trendsWorking knowledge of labor laws and ethical sales practicesFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to the Indian market is a plus
