We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management or a similar role
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and data analysis
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and team collaborations
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and emerging sales trends
  • Working knowledge of labor laws and ethical sales practices
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to the Indian market is a plus
