About the Role

We’re looking for a

smart, structured communicator

who can craft messages that convert from outreach to onboarding to council activation. You’ll join the internal communications team, supporting the Client's Sweden operations, and help us engage global scientists, activate Indian Council Members, and build high-impact content systems.

  • This is not a typical internship;

it’s a launchpad into a

career in communications, marketing automation, and lifecycle strategy.

Outstanding performers will be offered a full-time role in our Delhi office following the internship.

What You’ll Do

Create, refine, and maintain

communication templates

for outreach, reminders, invoicing, and event milestones.

Manage shared inboxes and help ensure that every message receives a timely and clear response.

Maintain and execute a

communications calendar

aligned with international programs and council activities.

Write

plain-language help articles and one-pagers

to reduce repetitive queries.

Run experiments on subject lines, tone, and calls-to-action — and track what drives engagement.

Collaborate with Research, Marketing, and Program teams to align message, audience, and outcomes.

What You’ll Learn

End-to-end

email lifecycle management

and performance analytics.

Content strategy and experimentation

for professional communications.

Cross-team collaboration across international operations.

Exposure to real-world workflows in

science communication, marketing automation, and global events

Who Should Apply

We welcome

final-year bachelor’s students or fresh graduates (2024–2025 batch)

from any accredited university who are ready to kickstart their career in

communications, marketing, or business strategy.

A strong command of English, curiosity for systems and storytelling, and the ability to think independently matter more to us than where you studied.

Candidates from universities with strong programs in

communication, business, or liberal arts

(e.G., Ashoka, Jindal, DU top colleges, Manipal, Symbiosis, Christ, NMIMS, VIT) are especially encouraged.

Performance-Linked Outcomes

Response rate ≥30% on structured outreach campaigns.

24-hour average response turnaround on assigned communication threads.

≥10% quarterly growth in engaged Indian Council Members (measured by responses or participation).

Active contribution to the

communications template library and documentation stack

Why Join Us

Collaborate with a

global non-profit ecosystem

connecting over 75,000 scientists.

Learn the

science and strategy of communications

that drive international programs.

Get mentored by senior professionals and potentially receive a full-time placement in Delhi after the internship.
