About the Role
We’re looking for a
smart, structured communicator
who can craft messages that convert from outreach to onboarding to council activation. You’ll join the internal communications team, supporting the Client's Sweden operations, and help us engage global scientists, activate Indian Council Members, and build high-impact content systems.

Outstanding performers will be offered a full-time role in our Delhi office following the internship.
What You’ll Do
Create, refine, and maintain
communication templates
for outreach, reminders, invoicing, and event milestones.
Manage shared inboxes and help ensure that every message receives a timely and clear response.
Maintain and execute a
communications calendar
aligned with international programs and council activities.
Write
plain-language help articles and one-pagers
to reduce repetitive queries.
Run experiments on subject lines, tone, and calls-to-action — and track what drives engagement.
Collaborate with Research, Marketing, and Program teams to align message, audience, and outcomes.

Who Should Apply
We welcome
final-year bachelor’s students or fresh graduates (2024–2025 batch)
from any accredited university who are ready to kickstart their career in
communications, marketing, or business strategy.
A strong command of English, curiosity for systems and storytelling, and the ability to think independently matter more to us than where you studied.
Candidates from universities with strong programs in
communication, business, or liberal arts
(e.G., Ashoka, Jindal, DU top colleges, Manipal, Symbiosis, Christ, NMIMS, VIT) are especially encouraged.
