Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and expectations.
- Research, plan, and organize complete travel itineraries — including flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and special requests.
- Process and manage bookings accurately using internal systems and tools.
- Provide end-to-end customer support, handling any changes, inquiries, or issues that may arise before or during travel.
- Prepare and manage travel documentation, including visas, insurance, and confirmations.
- Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and maintain long-term relationships.
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and international regulations.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).Proficient in travel booking systems, GDS, and CRM tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with international clients.Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-first mindset.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Up-to-date knowledge of global travel trends, destinations, and regulations.Flexible to work rotational shifts and weekly offs, including late evenings or night shifts to align with U.S. time zones.Transportation : One-way cab drop facility available for female employees (nearby locations).Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (gross per month), depending on experience and qualifications.Performance Incentives : Unlimited earning potential — average incentive range ₹50,000 – ₹150,000 per month.How to Apply
