About the Role

We are hiring for a leading global technology and product company that builds advanced software solutions for the luxury retail ecosystem, with clients across the US and Canada.

As a Program Manager, you will work at the intersection of operations, business strategy, product, engineering, and growth . The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to run initiatives end-to-end, collaborate cross-functionally, and work closely with senior leadership.

You will conceptualize, plan, execute, and improve key initiatives that directly impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Initiatives

  • Understand business objectives and identify improvement opportunities
  • Propose solutions, drive stakeholder buy-in, and lead implementation
  • Track performance and continuously optimize processes

2. Ongoing Initiatives

  • Lead execution of existing initiatives
  • Ensure alignment with defined strategy and processes
  • Monitor progress and drive consistency and discipline throughout execution

    • 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the bridge between multiple internal teams
  • Work with product, engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure initiative success
  • Enable seamless communication and alignment across stakeholders

    • 4. Entrepreneurial Leadership

  • Take ownership of initiatives from concept to execution
  • Think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems
  • Build and document operational playbooks and standard operating procedures

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in any discipline
  • MBA from a Tier-1 institution is mandatory
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

    • Experience / Skills Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in a business analyst, program management, or similar role
  • Experience collaborating with founders, CXOs, or senior leaders
  • Strong understanding of project management and business operations
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical, structured, and data-driven approach to problem solving
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
