Job Role :

Complete structured testing based on defined testing plans. Users must be highly skilled to understand how to evaluate the risks and controls to make sure they are designed appropriately, over a complete population, and operating effectively.

Testing will cover external auditor reports (SOC1, SOC2, FDICIA, Reg AB, USAP, etc) and oversight and reperformance of control testing in accordance with RCSA Program standards.

Experience & Qualifications :

• Deep understanding of the control testing lifecycle, including planning, scoping, method / sample selection, test script development, control design and performance assessment, and reporting.
• Ability to build and manage Business Unit (BU) control test plans that define scope, frequency, and timing of testing cycles.
• Ability to interpret control objectives and assess control design and operating effectiveness across various domains such as logical access, claims processing, and fee management
• Competence in performing walkthroughs, inquiries, observations, document inspections, and re-performance of controls.
• Experience in using workpapers and templates to document control testing results and exceptions
• The candidate should be comfortable to work in night shift
• Candidate should be comfortable to Work from Office
• Two-way cab facility will be provided
• Immediate to 30 days' Notice Period candidate are preferred
