Position : Motion Graphics Designer

Location : Green Park, South Delhi

Type : Full-time

Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile Motion Graphics Designer with strong skills in motion design, graphic design, video editing, and podcast editing . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can bring visual ideas to life across multiple formats, and is passionate about creating engaging multimedia content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce motion graphics, animations, and video content for campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.
  • Edit and enhance raw video footage into polished, engaging outputs.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and digital assets aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Edit podcast audio / video episodes for clarity, pacing, and quality (intro / outro music, sound design, removing filler words, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to translate ideas into compelling visual and audio stories.
  • Optimize all outputs for different platforms (social, web, paid ads, podcast channels).
  • Stay updated on the latest design, animation, and editing trends to keep the brand content fresh and relevant.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Video Editor, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as :
  • After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (essential)
  • Audition / Logic Pro / Descript (for podcast / audio editing)
  • Cinema4D / Blender or other 3D software (a plus)
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and design principles .
  • Ability to work with audio, including syncing voiceovers / music with visuals.
  • Experience in short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube shorts) and long-form edits.
  • A portfolio showcasing diverse design / video / audio work.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Podcast production / editing experience (audio cleanup, mastering, mixing).
  • Basic shooting skills (setting up lights, cameras, framing shots).
  • Knowledge of 3D animation and VFX.
  • Familiarity with branding and campaign design.
  • Ability to storyboard and pitch creative ideas.
