About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of HR to lead our Human Resources function and drive people-centric initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in HR strategy, talent management, culture-building, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement functions.
- Build a strong performance management framework and ensure consistent implementation across teams.
- Drive organizational culture, employee satisfaction, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee HR policies, compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and capability development.
- Manage compensation & benefits strategy for internal fairness and market competitiveness.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on people-related matters.
- Ensure smooth HR operations including onboarding, HRMS, payroll coordination, and grievance handling.
- Foster a positive workplace environment that aligns with company values.
Key Requirements
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of modern HR practices, labor laws, and HR technology systems.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and scalable HR systems.Experience in fast-growing or multi-location organizations is an added advantage.What We Offer
