Job descriptionActively promote Delwis’ pharmaceutical and healthcare range through digital, telephonic, and direct marketing channels. Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, order processing, and follow-ups to ensure timely closures. Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct regular market research to understand competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities. Liaise with internal teams-dispatch, accounts, documentation, and logistics - to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery. Maintain up-to-date records of leads, sales progress, and client feedback through daily and weekly reports. Assist in product presentations, webinar coordination, and marketing content to enhance brand awareness. Support in preparing client records, sales documentation, and compliance-related files as per company policy. Graduate in Pharmacy / Science / Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or B2B sales. Good understanding of pharma formulations, product pricing, and distribution channels. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and basic CRM tools. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel within assigned domestic territories as required. As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Delwis Healthcare Pvt.
