Role Overview

We aim to provide best-in-class financial services by ensuring efficient, stable, and optimized data storage solutions. We are seeking experienced Database Administrators / Engineers who can manage large-scale, mission-critical systems and deliver reliable database infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily database operations, including monitoring, configuration, upgrades, scaling, backups, and migrations.
• Continuously improve processes through automation and tooling.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery strategies, replication, and failover mechanisms.
• Enforce database security policies, including access control and auditing.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations (e.G., PCI DSS).
• Diagnose and resolve performance and stability issues in production environments.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to maintain 24 / 7 system availability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable data models and optimize queries.
• Research and adopt emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
• Maintain documentation for architecture, processes, and best practices.
