Key Responsibilities

Plan prepare and deliver lessons for primary classes (Grades 1 to 5) in accordance with the CBSE curriculum

Teach core subjects including English Mathematics Environmental Studies Science etc.

Use age appropriate pedagogy activities hands on learning and educational aids to engage young learners

Maintain a positive disciplined and caring classroom atmosphere conducive to learning

Monitor assess and evaluate student progress through tests classwork homework projects and provide timely feedback

Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support or enrichment to students as needed

Maintain accurate records of attendance grades student behavior and other academic documentation

Communicate with parents / guardians about student progress strengths areas for improvement during parent teacher meetings or via reports

Participate in school events co curricular & extracurricular activities assemblies field trips etc.

Work collaboratively with other teachers and school administration to align on curriculum teaching standards and best practices

Keep up to date with CBSE board guidelines teaching methodologies educational technology and continuous professional development

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor s degree in any subject

Previous experience teaching in primary sections (preferred)
