We have an opportunity for Talent Acquisition Specialist at Thane location with INVOICEMART - A.Treds.

A.TREDS Limited (a group company of Axis Bank) is a national level online platform which facilitates financing of Receivables of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) from buyers through financiers. TREDS is in the business of opening accounts, uploading, accepting, discounting and settlement of Invoices and Bills of Exchange by way of Factoring and Reverse Factoring and provide such other services as permitted by the RBI from time-to-time.

Invoicemart is an online receivable discounting platform for facilitating the short-term financial transactions in a smooth and efficient manner among the financers, buyers and sellers.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for mid, senior, and leadership-level roles, primarily in sales, IT functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for mid to leadership roles in sales, IT ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
• Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including social platforms, job portals, and internal databases.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent, particularly in banking, fintech, and NBFC sectors.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically in sales hiring at mid/senior/leadership levels.
• Strong exposure to recruitment in banking (corporate setups), fintech, or NBFC domains.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
