The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the responsible for managing and monitoring Out-of-Delivery-Area (ODA) shipments to ensure timely last-mile delivery, cost efficiency, and service quality. Key Responsibilities :
ODA Delivery Monitoring
- Track all ODA consignments from dispatch to final delivery using system dashboards and MIS reports.
- Ensure adherence to committed delivery timelines and service norms.
- Identify delayed or pending ODA deliveries and coordinate with branches and vendors for resolution.
Vendor & Branch Coordination
Liaise with ODA vendors, franchisees, and delivery partners to ensure smooth last-mile connectivity.Validate vendor bills and delivery confirmations as per agreed rate cards and service SLAs.Monitor vendor performance (TAT, cost, and service quality) and escalate non-compliance.Cost & Process Control
Ensure ODA deliveries are executed within approved cost limits and prevent unauthorized claims.Verify ODA applicability based on pincode classification and customer contracts.Control misuse of ODA tagging and false claims through system validation and periodic audits.Service & Exception Management
Analyze reasons for delivery delays or exceptions and coordinate corrective actions with regional teams.Track repeat exceptions and recommend process improvements.Ensure accurate and timely update of ODA status in the system for customer visibility.MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly ODA performance reports (volume, cost, delay, vendor TAT, etc.).Share deviation reports with seniors and recommend corrective actions.Maintain record of all approvals, vendor communications, and exceptions.System & Compliance
Work with IT and Operations teams to ensure ODA routing, billing, and tracking logic is system-driven.Ensure compliance with company SOPs, ODA policies, and customer-specific requirements.Support audits and internal reviews by providing accurate data and documentation.Skills & Competencies Required :
