Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide remote support for end users' desktops, servers, and networking infrastructures
- Offer helpdesk assistance for Microsoft Office 365 and Azure-related issues
- Interact with users to resolve IT problems and support security application use
Project & Infrastructure Management
Assist senior engineers with ongoing and new IT infrastructure projectsManage client networks including backups, firewalls, and security systemsSupport project planning, execution, and technical documentationSystem Monitoring & Maintenance
Monitor client networks and managed services systemsHandle software deployments, patch management, and regular system updatesEnsure timely reporting and status tracking for updates and changesUser & Network Administration
Administer and manage users in Active Directory, Entra ID, and AzureSupport the setup and maintenance of firewalls, routers, and wireless networksWork across Microsoft Windows and macOS environmentsSchedule & Availability
Flexibility to work on different schedules including weekends as neededParticipate in virtual meetings with a professional appearanceBasic Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in helpdesk support and technical project workStrong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server EditionsExperience in managing user accounts and access controls (Active Directory, Azure / Entra)Familiarity with firewalls, routers, wireless networks, and general IT securityExperience supporting Microsoft Office 365 Business tenants and Azure VirtualizationProficiency in configuring, installing, and maintaining desktop systemsStrong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearlyFast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologiesExperience using ConnectWise is a plusCertifications
One Microsoft certification is required (AZ-104, AZ-140, AZ-700, AZ-500, or MS-500)Networking or security certifications (Security+, Network+, CCNA) are preferredSkills Required
