Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide remote support for end users' desktops, servers, and networking infrastructures
  • Offer helpdesk assistance for Microsoft Office 365 and Azure-related issues
  • Interact with users to resolve IT problems and support security application use

Project & Infrastructure Management

  • Assist senior engineers with ongoing and new IT infrastructure projects
  • Manage client networks including backups, firewalls, and security systems
  • Support project planning, execution, and technical documentation
  • System Monitoring & Maintenance

  • Monitor client networks and managed services systems
  • Handle software deployments, patch management, and regular system updates
  • Ensure timely reporting and status tracking for updates and changes
  • User & Network Administration

  • Administer and manage users in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure
  • Support the setup and maintenance of firewalls, routers, and wireless networks
  • Work across Microsoft Windows and macOS environments
  • Schedule & Availability

  • Flexibility to work on different schedules including weekends as needed
  • Participate in virtual meetings with a professional appearance
  • Basic Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in helpdesk support and technical project work
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Editions
  • Experience in managing user accounts and access controls (Active Directory, Azure / Entra)
  • Familiarity with firewalls, routers, wireless networks, and general IT security
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 Business tenants and Azure Virtualization
  • Proficiency in configuring, installing, and maintaining desktop systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
  • Experience using ConnectWise is a plus
  • Certifications

  • One Microsoft certification is required (AZ-104, AZ-140, AZ-700, AZ-500, or MS-500)
  • Networking or security certifications (Security+, Network+, CCNA) are preferred
  • Skills Required
