About the Role

IEM Robotics

(An initiate of IEMA Research and Development Pvt Ltd) is looking for a

dynamic and motivated

Field Techno Sales Executive

to drive on-ground sales and promote

innovative STEM and EdTech solutions across schools, colleges, and institutions. This role is

ideal for professionals who enjoy meeting clients face-to-face, building strong relationships,

and combining technical understanding with effective sales execution to accelerate growth

in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, and educational institutions to promote and

sell STEM and EdTech solutions.

 Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, cold calls, and on-site

meetings.

 Understand client requirements—both technical and business—and recommend

suitable solutions.

 Give on-site product demonstrations and presentations to teachers, principals, and

management teams.

 Coordinate with internal technical, product, and implementation teams to deliver

customized solutions.

 Manage the complete field sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and

achieving sales targets.

 Ensure timely follow-up, provide after-sales support, and maintain long-term

relationships with clients.

 Gather market intelligence, monitor competitors, and share regular feedback and

reports with the management.

 Represent

IEM Robotics

at educational fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to

build brand visibility.

Ideal Candidate Profile

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.

 1–5 years of proven experience in

field or institutional sales , preferably in the

EdTech or STEM education

sector.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Excellent communication in English and local language.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools and field reporting

tools..

 Must own a

two-wheeler / four-wheeler with a valid driving license.

 Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

 Technically sound, with the ability to explain product features to non-technical

stakeholders.

 Target-driven, self-disciplined, and willing to travel extensively within assigned

territories.
