Loftware Technical Delivery Lead (LABELLING)

Our client, a global Life Sciences organization, is embarking on a large-scale Loftware implementation program and is seeking an experienced Loftware Lead with deep implementation and technical delivery expertise.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years of Loftware implementation leadership (Spectrum, NiceLabel, or Cloud).
• Proven background in end-to-end Loftware implementation—from requirements through deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
• Strong technical development and integration expertise (not purely functional).
• Experience working within multi-vendor environments—partnering with system integrators and application teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a small technical / delivery team (3–5 members).
• Solid understanding of enterprise labeling, data models, and ERP / MES integration (SAP preferred).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills in global, cross-functional settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
