We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Zonal Sales Manager for East Region based at Kolkata, to oversee and drive sales operations within a designated geographic zone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and developing a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives, and implementing effective strategies to expand market presence, boost revenue, and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy & Execution :
Develop and implement zonal sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Set and monitor sales targets for the zone and ensure target achievement.
Identify growth opportunities within the zone to increase market share.
Team Leadership :
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for skill development.
Foster a high-performance, results-oriented culture across the sales team.
Market & Customer Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Ensure excellent customer service and address escalated customer issues promptly.
Reporting & Analytics :
Track and analyze sales data, zone performance, and etc.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on zonal performance to senior management.
Use data to forecast sales and plan inventory.
Collaboration :
Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to align zonal operations.
Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and other brand initiatives.
